Coyote Cry Cacao

Across the Missisippi, there exists a land of harsh extremes- dry,  unforgiving red rock, days of blazing heat, nights of freezing cold,  winds that send the earth itself into the sky. It is the land that  claimed tens of thousands in the march to Oregon- the land that  the coyotes still roam. Their call- heard echoeing through canyons  & mesas - is the apotheiosis of the American West- it is wild and  untamed, desperate in struggle, triumphant in victory. Preserved  in the bubbles in this chocholate, may their cries bring the vigor of  the settlers of old, the determination of the Apache, & the undying  will of the wilds to coarse through your veins.
